To View Company Settings - License and Add-On Information

  1. Login to Corecon as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear Icon) at the top of the Main Menu.
  3. Click Company Settings | License and Add-on Information.

License Information

The number of licenses purchased will impact how many Employees can be set up as Users. If additional licenses are needed, please contact Corecon's billing department at [email protected].

Corecon Add-Ons

Add-ons are available to integrate Corecon with accounting systems and RS Means cost databases. The latter is only applicable for US and Canada markets.

Add-On Options:

  • CoreconLink for Intuit QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise)
  • CoreconLink for Intuit QuickBooks Online
  • CoreconLink for Sage 50 Canada
  • CoreconLink for SAP Business One
  • CoreconLink for Xero
  • RS Means Cost Databases

Storage Information

Most features within Corecon provide the ability to upload and link external files (ex. images, CAD files, Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, etc.). This is very similar to services such as DropBox, Box, Google Drive or Microsft One Drive. If you wish to purchase additional storage, please contact to Corecon's billing department at [email protected].
