Company Settings - Profile

To Update Company Profile Settings

  1. Login to Corecon as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear Icon) at the top of the Main Menu.
  3. Click Company Settings | Profile.

Company ID and Company Name

The Company ID is assigned by Corecon and can not be modified. However, if the Company Name is misspelled or needs to be changed, please contact Corecon's corporate office at 1-866-258-6698 or send an email to [email protected]. Please be aware the revised name must NOT exist in the system so please review Active and Inactive Company listings in the Contact Management module prior to requesting a name change.

Company Logo

The uploaded company logo will automatically appear in detail and log reports. For more information on the logo specs and how to upload, please click here.

Company Address, Phone, Fax and Website Information

The Account Name will also appear as an Active Company in the Contact Management module. Thus, any changes in Settings with regards to address, phone and fax information will be copied there as well, eliminating any discrepancies.

Profile

Company Type:

The term "Customer" in the Prime Contract, CPR, CO and Prime Invoice forms will change dynamically based on the Company Type setting. For example, Subs using Corecon will often refer to the GC as the customer whereas a GC's customer would be the actual building owner. Thus, it is important to update the Company Type setting so Corecon can adapt to user's type of business.

These settings do not affect Corecon and are for reference purposes only.

External Applications

These settings do not affect Corecon directly and are for reference purposes only. However, this information is analyzed at a high-level to determine future integration utilities.
