Corecon - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Enable MFA for all users that access Corecon's browser solution and Mobile Apps. In addition, an optional Start Date can be set when MFA will be enforced.

When MFA is enabled, a security code will be sent to the user's email address. After authenticating using the code, the user can check 'Trust this device' so another code won't be needed for 15 days.

TeamLink Portal - Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

Enable MFA for external project team members to access TeamLink Portal using Authentication Method 2. Like for Corecon, an option Start Date can be set when MFA will be enforced for the portal.

When MFA is enabled, a security code will be sent to the external user's email address. After authenticating using the code, the external team member can check 'Trust this device' so another code won't be needed for 15 days.

Duplicate Email Check for MFA Implementation

Since security codes are sent via email, MFA will be disabled if users have duplicate email addresses.
