Feature Settings - Contact Management Module - Company Types

Companies can be categorized using the built-in 'Company Types' classification system. This can be especially useful when adding firms to an Invitiation To Bid (ITB) list orC Request For Pricing (RFP) Package.

Example Company Types

• Customer
• Supplier
• Supplier - Windows
• Supplier - Doors
• Subontractor - Concrete
• Subontractor - Electrical
• Subontractor - Mechanical

To View and Add Company Types

1. Login to Corecon as an Admin.
2. Click Settings (Gear Icon) at the top of the Main Menu.
3. Click Feature Settings | Contact Management.
4. Navigate to the Company Types section.
5. To add a Company Type option, click the 'Add' button above the grid.
6. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the Company Type.
7. Click the 'Save' button below the grid.

Note: A Company Type can not be deleted if it is referenced in the Company Profile form.
