Feature Settings - Contact Management Module - Contact Titles

Titles can be assigned to both internal employees and external contacts. Below is a list of example titles.

Example Contact Titles

• CEO
• President
• Vice President
• Director
• Project Manager
• Estimator
• Superintendant
• Project Coordinator

To View And Add Contact Titles

1. Login to Corecon as an Admin.
2. Click Settings (Gear Icon) at the top of the Main Menu.
3. Click Feature Settings | Contact Management.
4. Navigate to the Contact Titles section.
5. To add a Contact Title option, click the 'Add' button above the grid.
6. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the Title.
7. Click the 'Save' button below the grid.

Note: A Title cannot be deleted if it is referenced by a Contact.
