Feature Settings - Lead/Project Classifications

Lead/Project Classifications can be used to filter or group Leads and Projects such as for cross project reporting. Unlimited Classifications can be created with each having unlimited options.

Lead Source:

  • Referral
  • Dodge Reports
  • Reed Construction Data

Structure Type:

  • Custom Home
  • Apartment
  • School
  • Medical Facility
  • Retail Unit

Company Division:

  • South
  • Northwest
  • Midwest
  • Southwest

Labor Type:

  • Union
  • Non-Union

Data Entry Steps to Create The Classification

  1. Login to Corecon as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear Icon) at the top of the Main Menu.
  3. Click Feature Settings | Leads and Projects.
  4. Navigate to the Lead and Project Classifications section.
  5. To add a Classification Type, click the 'Add' button above the grid.
  6. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the Classificaton Type description.
  7. Click the 'Save' button below the grid.

To Create Classification Options:

  1. Click on the Classification Type.
  2. To add a Classification Type option, click the 'Add' button above the grid.
  3. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the option description.
  4. Click the 'Save' button below the grid.
  5. Repeat the last three steps to add other options.

Note: A Classification Option cannot be deleted if it is referenced in a Project Lead or Project.
