Recommended Stages For Lead Status and Analysis

To View and Add Lead Stages

  1. Login to Corecon as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear Icon) at the top of the Main Menu.
  3. Click Feature Settings | Leads and Projects.
  4. Navigate to the Lead Stages section.
  5. To add a Stage option, click the 'Add' button above the grid.
  6. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the Stage Index Order and Description. If it is a final stage (ex. Awarded or Lost) be sure to check the Final Stage field.
  7. Click the 'Save' button below the grid.

Note: A Lead Stage can not be deleted if it is referenced in a Lead.
