Alerts and Calendars - Contract Administration Module

Instructions To Access Contract Administration Calendar for All Active Projects

  1. Click the 'Bell' icon at top center of the Main Menu.
  2. Click the 'Alerts Calendar' link.
  3. Check the 'Contract Admin' option.

Instructions To Access Contract Administration Calendar for Individual Project

  1. Click the 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Project in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then refresh the page and show the 'Current Project Home' page.
  3. Click the 'Alerts' tab.
  4. Check the 'Contract Admin' option.
