Contact Management - Add Companies Manually

  1. Click 'Contact Management' icon on the left menu.
  2. Navigate to the blue 'Actions' button on the far right for Active Companies.
  3. Click the drop-down and select 'Add Manually'.
  4. In the data entry form, enter the Company Name which is the only required field.

    Note: Duplicate Company Names are not allowed and will generate an error when saving.
  5. Optional Primary Contact fields: (Additional contacts can be added after saving.)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Title
    • Mobile
    • Email Address
    • Is Bid Contact (This can be used as a filter when adding company contacts to an Invitation To Bid list or RFP Package.)
  6. Optional Company fields: (This will be used as the default billing and shipping Address.)
    • Business Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country
    • Business Phone
    • Business Fax
  7. Click the blue 'Save and Close' or 'Save and New' button at the bottom.
