Contact Management - Email Expired Company Insurance and License Notification

Steps To Email Notification

  1. Click 'Contact Management' icon on the left menu.
  2. Click the record count number shown to the right of Active Companies. This will refresh the page and show the active companies listing.
  3. Enter some text to filter the active companies list. The funnel icon can also be used to filter by insurance and license status.
  4. Click on the Company record to review their profile.
  5. Click the blue 'Actions' button at the top right.
  6. Click 'Send Insurance Expiration Notice' or 'Send License Expiration Notice' depending on what needs to be emailed.
  7. Select the email template.
  8. Click the 'Ok' button.
  9. Select contacts that will receive the email notification.
  10. Review email message.
  11. Click 'Send Email' button at the bottom.
