Contact Management - Add Contacts Manually

Data Entry Steps

  1. Expand the Main Menu by clicking the three horizontal bars symbol shown in the left corner.
  2. Click 'Contact Management'.
  3. Click the record count number shown to the right of Active Companies. This will refresh the page and show the active companies listing.
  4. Enter some text to filter the active companies list.
  5. Click on the Company record to review their profile.
  6. Scroll down to the Contacts section.
  7. Click the 'Add' button to the right of the Contacts heading. This will refresh the page.
  8. Enter the required fields marked in red (eg. First Name, Last Name and Display Name).
  9. Optional Fields:
    • Contact Title
    • Bid Contact (This is used as a filter when importing company contacts into an Invitation To Bid list or RFP Package.)
    • Business Address and Phone
    • Home Address and Phone
    • Comments
  10. Click the 'Save and Close' or 'Save and New' button.
