Contact Management - Make Contacts Active or Inactive

Data Entry Steps

  1. Expand the Main Menu by clicking the three horizontal bars symbol shown in the left corner.
  2. Click 'Contact Management'.
  3. Click the record count number shown to the right of Active Companies. This will refresh the page and show the active companies listing.
  4. Enter some text to filter the active companies list.
  5. Click on the Company record to review their profile.
  6. Scroll down to the Contacts section.
  7. Click the 'Contact' record within the grid. This will refresh the page.
  8. Click the pencil/edit icon next to the Contact Profile heading.
  9. Check or Uncheck the 'Active' field to change the status.
  10. Click the blue 'Save and Close' or 'Save and New' button
