Project Photos or Renderings

Important Things to Know

• Photos must be in standard image formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP.
• An individual Photo can be tagged for multiple albums.
• Photos can be shared with outside project team members via the TeamLink Portal only if the following conditions are met.
  • Photo is associated with an Album.
  • Album property 'Show In Portal' is checked. See last item in Album Functions below.
• Images that have 'Prevent Deletion' checked can not be deleted.
• Only Admins can uncheck 'Prevent Deletion' on images.

• Add Project Album and Upload New Project Photos
• Add Existing Project Photos To Album
• Delete Project Photo Album
• Show Project Photo Albums and Corresponding Images in TeamLink Portal
• Print or Export Photos

• Edit Individual Project Photo Details (Name, Location, Comments etc.)
