1 Add Lead Wizard

Add Lead Wizard Steps:

  1. Add Prospect or select existing company in Contact Management module
  2. Add Lead # (25 characters or less), Title and Address
  3. Skip: Upload Drawings (ex. PDF Format)
  4. Skip: Upload Specifications (ex. PDF Format)
  5. Skip: Upload Images of Site Photos or Renderings (ex. JPEG, TIFF, BMP etc.)

2 Add Prospect, Client and/or Architect to Lead Directory

Note: Subcontractors and suppliers should not be added to Lead Directory.

01.3 - Add Lead Stage

A Lead can have multiple Stages (ex. Reviewing → Plans → Bidding → Bid Submitted → Awarded) where the last stage indicates the current status.
