Implementation Plan - Project Financials - 03 - Procurement - Bills and Sub Invoices

Important Things To Know

  • POs eventually get converted to Bills using the PO to Bill Wizard when materials and/or equipment are provided to the job and suppliers have submitted an invoice.
  • Bills can also be entered without a PO such as material purchases using a credit card.
  • Sub Invoices are created for Subcontracts and SCOs (optional) when materials and services are provided to the job by subcontractors.
  • Bills and Sub Invoices can be entered by Suppliers and Subcontractors respectively via the TeamLink Portal using Authentication Method 2.
  • Bills and Sub Invoices can be exported to the accounting system such as Intuit QuickBooks, Sage 50 Canada and Xero using a CoreconLink utility.
  • Project Financial Analytics | Transaction Categorizations: More Info
  • A copy of the supplier and sub invoice (PDF) is usually uploaded to the Linked Files section on the form after the transaction has been created. This is also applicable to the TeamLink Portal.
