Marking an Employee as Salesperson

In the Lead and Project Details forms, one can specify the Salesperson that is associated with the record. The available options are those Employees that have 'Salesperson' checked in their employee profile. Please see instructions below.

  1. Click the 'HR' icon on the left menu.
  2. Navigate to the Active Employees row in the 'Employee and Labor Stats' section.
  3. Click the number under the Total Records column.
  4. Optional: Use the Search field to filter the Employee listing.
  5. Click on the Employee Name to view the details.
  6. Click the Edit Icon (Pencil) to the right of the Employee Profile heading.
  7. Navigate to the 'Employee Information' section.
  8. Click the checkbox next to 'Is Salesperson'.
  9. Click the blue 'Save and Close' button in the form footer.
