Add Crew Timecards

Important Things To Know

The Crew Timecard form has subtle differences depending on if Field Crews are turned on or off in Settings | Feature Settings | Time and Expenses.

Differences when Adding Crew Timecards:

  • Step 1
    • Turned Off: Company (ie. Your Company) must be selected.
    • Turned On: Crew Leader must be selected.
  • Step 2
    • Turned Off: Employees and Equipment must be manually selected.
    • Turned On: Employees and Equipment that are referenced in Field Crew will automatically be shown. In addition, if the Field Crew does not contain equipment then 'Create Equipment Timecards' will be unselected by default.

To Access Crew Timecard Form in Projects | Time And Expense Module

  1. Click the 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Project in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then refresh the page and show the 'Current Project Home' page.
  3. On the 'Quick Links' tab, click the 'Time and Expenses' link under the 'Project Management and Field Staff' section. This will refresh the page and show the 'Time and Expenses Module Landing Page'.
  4. Navigate to the Lbr. Timecards row in the 'Stats' section.
  5. Click the blue 'Actions' button on the far right.
  6. Click 'Add Crew Timecards'.

To Access Crew Timecard Form in HR Module

  1. Click the 'HR' icon on the left menu.
  2. Navigate to the Lbr. Timecards row in the 'Timecards Stats' section.
  3. Click the blue 'Actions' button on the far right.
  4. Click 'Add Crew Timecards'.
