Microsoft Word 2003 - Instructions

  1. Open the Template in Microsoft Word.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the View tab.
  3. Select the Bookmarks check box then click OK.

Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013 - Instructions

  1. Open the Template in Microsoft Word.
  2. Click File | Options on the Microsoft Word menu.
  3. In the popup form, click Advanced in the left pane and scroll down to the 'Show Document Content' section.
  4. Check 'Show bookmarks'.
  5. Click OK.

Note: The bookmark appears as an I-beam in your document but will not be shown when printing.
