Microsoft Word Functions - Show Bookmarks
Microsoft Word 2003 - Instructions
- Open the Template in Microsoft Word.
- On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the View tab.
- Select the Bookmarks check box then click OK.
Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013 - Instructions
- Open the Template in Microsoft Word.
- Click File | Options on the Microsoft Word menu.
- In the popup form, click Advanced in the left pane and scroll down to the 'Show Document Content' section.
- Check 'Show bookmarks'.
- Click OK.
Note: The bookmark appears as an I-beam in your document but will not be shown when printing.
