Detail Report Templates - Print or Export Instructions

  1. Have the Detailed Record (eg CO # 003, RFI # 010) open within the Form. Be sure to click the 'Save' button to record any changes before printing any reports.
  2. Locate the Reports menu at the top of the form.
  3. Click the Detailed Report option in the drop-down.
  4. A Window will appear showing the available report templates.
  5. For some features such as COs and Prime Contract Invoices, there may be an option to format the details. When applicable, select the appropriate format and wait until the template listing has been refreshed.
  6. Select the template.
  7. Select the export option.
    • DOC (Word 2003) - Report opens in Microsoft DOC format.
    • DOCX (Word 2007) - Report opens in Micorosft DOCX format.
    • PDF (Adobe Acrobat) - Report opens in Adobe PDF format.
    • Save DOC to Linked Files - Report is saved in the Linked Files section in DOC format.
    • Save PDF to Linked Files - Report is saved in the Linked Files section in the PDF format.
    • Email DOC (Word 2003) - Report is saved in DOC format and attached to the email being sent out of Corecon.
    • Email PDF (Adobe Acrobat) - Report is saved in PDF format and attached to the email being sent out of Corecon.
  8. Click the 'OK' button.
