Add Custom Log Report - Advanced Topic - Report Design - Repeat Tablix Headers and Groupings on Pages

1. Select the tablix by clicking the left corner of the control.
   
   
   
   
2. With the tablix control selected, navigate to the 'Column Groups' section shown at the bottom and click the three horizontal dot button then click Advanced.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the header row (aka column headings with black background and white text) in the Row Groups section then click the Properties icon at the top right.
   
   
   
   
4. Set the properties for the header row as shown in the image below.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the Grouping Row (ex. ProjectId1) which includes the child elements and footer then set the properties per the image below. If a report has multiple grouping levels (ex. Project and Prime Contract) then these properties would apply to each group.
   
   
   
   
6. Select the Static Row which represents just the Grouping Row itself (no child elements or footer) then set the properties per the image below. Like the prior step, these properties would apply to each group's static row if a report has multiple grouping levels.
   
   
   
   
7. Set the properties for the Details Row (aka report records) as shown in the image below.
   
   
   
   
8. Set the properties for the Groping Footer Row as shown in the image below. These properties would apply to each group's footer row if a report has multiple grouping levels.
   
   
   
   
9. Click the 'Save Report' link at the top to save these changes.
