Scheduling Functions - Email Task Notifications to Assigned Contacts

If you assign Tasks to subs, suppliers, or employees, you have the option to send Task notifications via email to these recipients. Each Task listed in the email will communicate all the necessary information including Scheduled Start and Finish date.

Email Notifications

To Send Email Notification

  1. Click the 'Email Notificaton' button on the Toolbar.
  2. In the popup form, select the Email Template or use the default.
  3. Click the blue 'Ok' button.
  4. Contacts that have been assigned to Tasks will be listed in the Recipients List. All will be selected by default but uncheck those that should not receive the notification.
  5. Click the blue 'Send Email' button at the bottom of the form. Each recipient will receive an email that lists their assigned tasks and corresponding dates.
