October 10th Update: Corecon is now Sage Construction Management!

On October 10th, Corecon has become Sage Construction Management - with a refreshed user interface (UI) and additional tools to enhance your productivity.

Admins can enable this new UI by logging into Corecon and clicking Settings > Company Settings > Global Settings and checking the property 'Switch to Sage UI Theme (includes TeamLink)'. Once checked, all employees will be routed to the Sage UI the next time they log in to the browser solution.

The TeamLink Portal's UI has also been refreshed to reflect the Sage theme and will be impacted by the Settings property mentioned above. However, functionality within the portal such as architect's responding to RFIs, Submittals, and subcontractor's submitting progress invoices is still the same.

An updated Sage Construction Management mobile app will be introduced in early November that will complement the browser solution. In the meantime, Corecon's existing mobile app can be used regardless of which UI is enabled.

As always, changes to a user interface take a little bit of adjustment. As a precaution, admins should communicate to internal and external users when they intend to use the Sage UI theme just to avoid any confusion.However, we are certain that this new user interface will have a positive impact on your company's operations. For instance, the new 'Jump To' feature can save 3 to 4 mouse clicks depending on where you are in the solution. Thus, we encourage you to try it out as soon as possible. Feel free to send us any feedback on how it can be improved. In addition, admins will have the ability to turn off the Sage UI for a few months, but Corecon's existing UI will eventually be retired.

Important:
System-generated emails for workflow approvals and Portal access include hyperlinks which are UI dependent.

For example, in workflow emails generated using the Corecon UI, the link in the email to approve or reject the transaction will no longer work after the Sage Construction Management UI has been enabled.

We recommend you process existing workflow approval and Portal access emails in the Corecon UI, then switch to the new Sage Construction Management UI.
