Calendars and Alerts

Calendars will display due dates (alerts) for time-sensitive information so team members can follow-up. Lead and Project records (eg. RFIs, Submittals, To Dos) that are marked closed will not appear in Calendars or the Alerts listing.


To Set User Alerts:

  1. Go to the Home View
  2. Click the Alerts tab
  3. Click 'Set Alerts' link at top section
  4. Select one or more Alerts by clicking the checkbox on the far right.
  5. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom.

Push Notifications

To Set User Push Notifications:

  1. Click Settings (gear icon). This will redirect and show the 'Settings Home' page.
  2. Click the 'Set Push Notifications' link to the far right of the user name which is listed under the company logo.
  3. Click the 'Enable Notification' checkbox on the far right.
  4. Select one or more Push Notifications by clicking the checkbox on the far right.
  5. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom.
