TeamLink Portal Overview
Corecon users can collaborate with outside team members such as customers and vendors using the TeamLink Portal. This portal will greatly reduce phone calls and emails from outside team members by giving them access to project details on an as needed basis. In addition, customers will feel at ease that communication tools are in place to reduce delays and improve project execution.
Important Things to Know
- The TeamLink Portal is Free and can be accessed by any browser: Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
- The TeamLink Portal CAN NOT be used by your internal employees.
- The TeamLink Portal has two authentication systems but Method 2 can only be used for Projects.
- Leads: Authentication Method 1 Only
- Projects: Authentication Method 1 and 2
- RFP Packages, Pricing Requests for CPRs, Correspondence, and Documentation records that are locked in Corecon cannot be modified in the portal by outside team members. Thus, the team member's original response will be read only if the record has been locked.

The TeamLink Portal provides two authentication systems: one for accessing a particular Lead or Project record (e.g. RFI 003, Submittal 006 etc.) and the other to access project information based on the assigned TeamLink Security Role.
